As a Second City alum many moons ago, I've worked on TV shows, movies, and stand-up... for therapy. Here are a few of those from years gone by. TV shows include Chicago Fire, The Big Leap, feature films include Bad Boys, My Best Friend's Wedding, Where It Gets You< Voices From The Grave, Chicago Overcoat and more.
Music: Some of my favorites
I come from a family that has roots in the music industry. Music has always been a part of my life. I'm a fan of a variety styles including Classic R&B, Funk, Soul, House, Samba, Blues and that dreaded term "Yacht Rock". Here you'll find some of the songs I enjoy while working. Each song takes me back to a point in my life, an exact point that brings back some great memories and then, some, not so great but, those are the experiences that have made me who I am so I always take the good with the bad.
My Mom is my favorite singer of all time
My father passed away many years ago. I took it hard and to be honest, I don't know if I'm over it after al these years, I miss him very much. With that being said, I'm definitely a mama's boy. I love my mother and have no idea how she put up with all these years LOL. Here are some of the songs she's performed in the years gone by. I should add she was one of Chicago's top jingle singers for over 30 years. Some of those commercails included United Airlines, McDonalds, Chicago Tribune, She's still doing her thing and as of Oct. 2025, just released her new CD "Kickin' It" filled with jazz classics.
